This dual-pillar role involves managing end-to-end production for our upcycling division and providing high-level executive support to our CEO as we scale our groundbreaking operations.
We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant & Project Manager to join us during this pivotal growth. In our fast-moving, high-growth environment, exceptional organisational skills are key. This hands-on role is divided into two core pillars: you will lead project management for our upcycling division, managing end-to-end delivery of bespoke merchandise for prestigious clients like the Royal Ballet and Opera, Holland & Sherry and many more, while simultaneously acting as a key partner to our CEO, providing executive support and administrative oversight to help scale our groundbreaking AI-powered recycling operations.
Project Manager
- Act as the primary face of the business, building and maintaining strong relationships with our prestigious clients.
- Prepare and issue client quotations with precision and speed.
- Meticulously manage the paperwork, and preparation of client-supplied fabrics for production.
- Coordinate the end-to-end production process, liaising with factories and partners to ensure flawless quality control and on-time delivery.
- Keep clients updated throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch, seamless service experience.
- Oversee project timelines and production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met in our fast-paced environment.
- Oversee final packing and dispatch, maintaining a hands-on role in the physical preparation of all client shipments.
Executive Assistant
- Serve as the CEO’s right hand, strategically managing diaries, meetings, and appointments to maximise efficiency.
- Proactively monitor and filter emails, prioritising urgent matters to ensure the CEO’s focus remains on high-impact business growth.
- Own day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth, organised running of the office.
- Coordinate travel and events with forward-thinking logistics.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs, taking ownership of projects to support the business's scaling journey.
What You Bring

Contract: 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role
Hours: Full-time - Location: On-site, Monday–Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 p/a depending on experience
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
