Registered Manager Liverpool ( Hybrid) £50 000 (starting salary) We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager, to support the CQC registration process and lead the managers. We are a PBS provider who support family and children's who are at crisis point.
The role.
CQC Registration Interview and support filling the paperwork and eventually becoming the CQC Registered Manager. Lead the day-to-day running of the service. Maintain high standards of care, compliance and quality. Support, develop and motivate a committed team. Oversee staffing, care delivery and operational performance. Build positive relationships with Young People, families and professionals. Drive continuous improvement across the service. Strong experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up. Good understanding of CQC requirements. Confident leadership and communication skills. Strong organisational and commercial awareness. A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Requirements: Registered Manager experience (or working towards registration with CQC) NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills What’s on offer.
