We are home to the Café bar, Harbour room, Petite Pomme and numerous meeting and events spaces and fantastic kitchens.

Train the team to cook to the standard you would want. Elevate the offering.
Develop menus to the standard expected of such an iconic hotel.
Cost your menus.
Keep everyone safe by training and keeping your areas spotless, add all allergens to every menu served.
Motivate the team by leading from the front, this is not an office job. Be on the pass.

Liaise with your colleagues to thrill our guests, both external and internal.
