We are seeking a reliable, organised, and hands-on Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain high-quality standards, and support our growing team.
The Role
This is a field-based operational role responsible for managing daily cleaning activities, conducting quality control inspections, coordinating cleaning teams, and ensuring every property is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control inspections before, during, and after cleaning jobs.
- Visit multiple properties throughout London each day.
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for cleaning teams.
- Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards and client requirements.
- Carry out carpet, upholstery, and mattress cleaning when required.
- Collect and return keys for properties.
- Support cleaning teams on-site where necessary.
- Train and mentor cleaning operatives to improve quality and efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns professionally.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, estate agents, and property managers.
- Monitor staff performance, punctuality, and presentation.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Manage cleaning equipment, stock levels, and supplies.
- Report operational issues and recommendations to management.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience within the cleaning industry.
- Experience supervising or leading a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site.
- Professional and positive attitude.
Desirable:
- Experience in end-of-tenancy cleaning.
- Carpet cleaning experience.
- Upholstery and mattress cleaning experience.
- Experience working with estate agents and property management companies.
