Solution Architecture

Design end-to-end OSS architecture for telecom service operations.

Define solution architecture covering TSOM, TNI, and TSM platforms.
-
Develop scalable, secure, and high-availability OSS solutions.
-
Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
-
Ensure compliance with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and Open APIs.
TSOM (Telecom Service Order Management)
-
Design service order orchestration and fulfillment workflows.
-
Implement order decomposition and orchestration across multiple domains.
-
Define service activation and provisioning processes.
-
Integrate order management with CRM, billing, and network systems.
TNI (Telecom Network Inventory)
-
Design logical and physical network inventory models.
-
Define inventory synchronization with network discovery systems.
-
Implement resource, service, and customer inventory solutions.
-
Ensure inventory accuracy and lifecycle management.
-
Support network planning, provisioning, and assurance use cases.
TSM (Telecom Service Management)
-
Design service lifecycle management processes.
-
Implement service catalog, service inventory, and service topology models.
-
Support service assurance and fault management integration.
-
Define service impact analysis and root cause capabilities.
Integration & Technology
-
Design API-based integration using REST, SOAP, TM Forum Open APIs, Kafka, or messaging platforms.
-
Integrate OSS platforms with BSS systems, EMS/NMS, SDN controllers, and network functions.
-
Support cloud-native and microservices-based deployments.
-
Ensure interoperability across multivendor environments.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
-
Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
-
10–15+ years in Telecom OSS/BSS.
-
5+ years in Solution Architecture.
-
Experience delivering large-scale telecom transformation programs.
-
Experience with fixed, mobile, fiber, and enterprise services.
-
Knowledge of 4G/5G, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, and FTTH networks is desirable.
