Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily mail services and document handling operations
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and internal distribution
- Supervise operational workflows and maintain service standards
- Monitor performance, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Prepare operational reports, workflow updates, and service documentation
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, couriers, and internal departments
- Support process improvements and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational policies
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in mail services, facilities operations, business support, logistics coordination, administrative services, or service delivery
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Experience managing operational workflows and service teams is an advantage
