We are recruiting a Linen Porter/ Night Receptionist to join our Day and Night’s team. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate person with some hotel experience.
The successful candidate will need to have a hands-on approach to work, be flexible and well organised. You will need to have excellent customer service skills with good attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
· Previous experience in a similar role working within a hotel
· Attention to detail and ensuring consistent high standards are achieved
· Hands on approach to work.
· Team player
The role will involve:
· Reception duties-including running the ‘night audit’
· Check in and check out of guests
· Distributing laundry and cleaning rooms
· Security walk rounds
· Ensuring cleanliness of all public areas
· To undertake any other reasonable duties, as requested by a member of the management team.
Must be available for shift work, Monday to Sunday between 11pm & 7am. and 9am-3pm when not working night shifts.
