Frogs & Friends Swim School has been delivering high-quality swimming lessons for over 50 years.
We provide a complete swimmer pathway, from baby swimming through to advanced levels, and work closely with Ascot Royals Swimming Club to support long-term development.
We deliver lessons across local schools during the week and community sessions at weekends, creating a friendly, professional, and family-focused environment.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team.
- 15 hours per week
- Based on a 39-week term-time programme
- Includes 2 weeks of intensive lessons during school holidays
- Salary is paid monthly, providing consistent income across the year
Typical Working Hours
- Weekday afternoons / evenings (3 days):
3:30pm – 6:30pm or 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- One weekday daytime shift (approx. 3 hours)
- Weekend morning (Saturday or Sunday):
8:30am – 12:00pm
Some flexibility on days is available, but candidates must be able to commit to evenings and weekends.
Pay & Benefits
- £15,990 per year (equivalent to £26 per hour)

Requirements
- Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification
- Rescue Test for Swimming Teachers and Coaches
- Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience
- Confident teaching all ages and abilities
- Own transport (multiple sites)
- Professional, reliable, and friendly

Important Information
- Term-time role — holiday is taken outside term time
- Two weeks of intensive lessons are included within the role
