Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving of alcohol
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Familiarity with serving techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
- Understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
