Join a respected prestige franchise dealership as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop team. We’re looking for an experienced dealership professional with a passion for customer service and the drive to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with service & repair enquiries
- Manage bookings, courtesy cars, and service updates
- Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
- Upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties
What You’ll Need:
- Previous dealership experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
