Salary: Up to £48,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Working 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Manager to join our friendly team in Didcot, Oxfordshire OX11.

The role is a mix of office and floor-based duties, with a strong focus on developing staff practice, enhancing provision, and maintaining high standards across the nursery.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
- Support and develop staff practice across the nursery
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Oversee nursery operations, budgets, and resources
- Maintain high-quality care and education standards
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Must have Previous Nursery Manager experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety
- Passionate about early childhood education and development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
