Our client is one of the South East’s leading accident repair groups. Operating across three elite sites, they are currently expanding their team. This is a BS10125-certified and multi-manufacturer approved facility, offering a stable and prestigious environment for a career-driven Estimator.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Estimating: Assess vehicle damage and produce precise repair estimates using Audatex/GT Motive.
- Technical Oversight: Utilize deep mechanical knowledge to identify hidden repairs and necessary parts.
- Customer Journey: Deliver a premium service experience, from initial inquiry to the final vehicle handover.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and site profitability.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all assessments align with BS10125 standards and manufacturer protocols.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a VDA/Estimator role is essential.
- Qualifications: ATA or NVQ certification is highly desirable (though not essential for highly experienced candidates).
- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to "right first time" estimating.
- Communication: The ability to explain technical repairs clearly to both insurance engineers and customers.
