Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to support day‑to‑day warehouse activities while maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational accuracy.
Hours – 8am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

Carry out warehouse operations safely, following HSE, site and personal safety requirements

Maintain a clean, organised workspace in line with 5S standards and clear‑aisle policies

Accurately receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods in line with work instructions (SOPs)

Process deliveries, customer returns and dispatch paperwork correctly

Operate FLT and warehouse equipment safely, completing required safety checks
-
Update warehouse systems to ensure accurate stock control and traceability

Book and manage UK freight consignments where required
-
Support stock takes, improvement projects and production activities as needed

Proactively report safety concerns, near misses and participate in safety observations

Qualifications:
Skills & Experience
-
RTITB CB Fork Lift Truck license essential
-
Bendi and bale/pole attachment experience desirable
-
Ideally 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or shop‑floor environment
-
Confident communication skills
-
Able to undertake manual handling as part of the role
-
Flexibility to support business needs.

Fluent in reading and speaking English
