Job Title: Mobile Support Cleaner
Reports to: Area Manager
Working on your own & or as part of a team to cover cleaning jobs as required.
Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ hours per week, Permanent)
Location: West Sussex, East Sussex & Surrey

Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Mobile Support Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services across multiple sites within West Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards, supporting site teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional cleaning services across designated sites.
- Respond to urgent cleaning requirements and support site teams as needed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Use company-provided mobile apps to:
- Clock in/out for time and attendance.
- Track mileage for travel between sites.
- Submit expenses.
- Complete site audits as required to support Area Managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with the Area Manager regarding schedules, issues, and updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic technical skills to use mobile apps for logging work, expenses, and mileage.
- Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points (essential).
- Must be over 25 years old (for company insurance purposes).
- Flexibility to travel across West Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey.
Salary & Hours
- £13.50 per hour.
- 30 - 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours to suit the needs of the business).
- Participation in an on-call weekend rota required.
- Overtime may be required, up to a maximum of 50 hours per week.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
