We are seeking a diligent and organised Part-Time Company Secretary to join our team. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records in accordance with legal requirements
- Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities within specified deadlines
- Assist in organising board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and internal policies
- Support the organisation of shareholder meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure company compliance accordingly
- Contribute to quality assurance processes to uphold organisational standards and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong understanding of corporate governance and statutory compliance
- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge or experience in quality assurance practices is highly desirable
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
