Job Summary
Aksu Suardi Business & Management Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme & Transformation Manager to lead business transformation, change, and improvement programmes for clients and internal teams.
The successful candidate will manage complex initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, improve business processes, and help deliver measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and organisational effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Lead business transformation and strategic change programmes
- Manage programme plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support digital and technology-enabled transformation initiatives
- Manage programme governance, reporting, risks, and dependencies
- Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and progress reviews
- Monitor programme KPIs, benefits, and business outcomes
- Support change adoption and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Experience in programme management, business transformation, change management, consulting, or a related area
- Experience managing projects, programmes, teams, or business initiatives
- Good understanding of business processes and organisational change
- Strong leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Good commercial and analytical awareness
- Familiarity with Agile, programme management, or change methodologies is advantageous
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred

Pay: £62,000.00-£82,000.00 per year
