We are dedicated to providing top-notch services and are currently seeking a proactive Administrative Clerk to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is office-based (Scotland, Grangemouth)
As a Administrative Clerk you will be performing essential clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient management of records, communications and office resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Management- Collating all department tasks, ensuring they are complete in time and full delivery.
- Managing office communication- Responding to emails and handling enquiries from staff and clients as directed.
- Document and record management- Organising, filing and maintaining accurate records within the organization, within SharePoint.
- Data entry and processing- Inputting, updating and maintaining information in the company systems.
- Scheduling and coordination- Arranging appointments, meetings and maintaining calendars for PSAL service Management.
- Office supply management- Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies and ensuring resources are available for office supply.
- Customer service support- Assisting clients or customers with enquiries
- Travel planning co-ordination for the Grangemouth Staff
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM & SharePoint
Experience:
- 5 years previous relevant admin/ Clerical experiance
