We have an exciting new vacancy for a Leisure Attendant to join our team at The Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club. Housed within a 16th-century English manor, this 126-bedroom hotel features an innovative on-site Golf Course, Health Club & Spa, as well as 2 Restaurants and Bar. Duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service to our members and hotel guests, sharing your knowledge of the club and being their first point of call for any queries.
- Using our inhouse software, signing new members, taking bookings for classes and handling payments.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, changing rooms, and gym.
- Conducting water quality testing to ensure health and safety standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role with valid pool responder or lifeguard training. This role offers part time hours including early mornings, day and evening shifts including weekends.
