The Role and Responsibilities.
· Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director, the role will support and be operational in all areas of the food and beverage areas in the hotel.
· Be a ‘hands on’ manager
· Be passionate and enthusiastic about Food and Beverage
· Knowledgeable and well informed about menu choices and wine pairing
· Support the operational teams in delivering exceptional standards first time, every time
· Promote a ‘can do attitude’
· Develop SOP’s where needed and be an ambassador for delivering these
· Attention to Detail
· Be a clear quick thinker, with the ability to resolve problems
· Proactively plan to ensure the departments are ready for the business levels
· Engaging with the team, through developing and training
· Good communication skills
· Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
· Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
