We're looking for someone organised, proactive and people-focused to grow with us.
About the Role
This is a key role at the heart of our business.
You'll connect our customers, showroom and workshop, ensuring bespoke commissions and repairs run smoothly from first consultation to final collection.
No two days are the same—you might be helping design an engagement ring, coordinating production or checking finished pieces.
What You'll Be DoingCustomer experience
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally.
- Support bespoke consultations and jewellery repairs.
- Help customers choose gemstones, metals and designs.
- Keep customers updated throughout the process.
- Process sales, repairs and records using EPOS and CRM systems.
Showroom presentation - Manage the showroom , keeping display beautifully presented and maintain stock accuracy.
Workshop coordination
- Plan and prioritise bespoke and repair jobs.
- Prepare workshop job packs.
- Track pieces through production.
- Liaise with jewellers and suppliers.
Quality control
- Carry out final checks before collection.
- Ensure every piece meets Manna's standards.

You'll stand out if you have:
- Jewellery retail or workshop experience
- Knowledge of gemstones, metals and jewellery manufacturing
- Experience with CRM or project management software
- A genuine passion for jewellery
