About the Role
L E S Transport Ltdis looking for reliable and professional Multi-Drop Courier Drivers to support our parcel delivery operation in Kentish Town, NW5 and surrounding London areas.
We are currently accepting applications from both:
- Employed drivers.
- Self-employed drivers / subcontractors.
The role involves completing an allocated multi-drop delivery route, delivering and collecting parcels efficiently while maintaining a professional standard of service.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Completing allocated delivery routes.
- Delivering parcels to residential and business addresses.
- Completing all allocated stops and genuine delivery attempts.
- Carrying out collections where required.
- Using delivery and route-planning applications.
- Scanning parcels and completing proof-of-delivery procedures.
- Handling parcels safely and securely.
- Returning undelivered parcels correctly.
- Providing a professional and polite service to customers.
- Reporting delays, damaged parcels, delivery issues or other incidents.
- Following company and depot procedures.
- Maintaining good route performance and service standards.
What We Are Looking For
Applicants should be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional and presentable
- Comfortable working independently
- Confident completing multi-drop routes
- Organised and able to manage time effectively
- Customer-focused
- Comfortable using smartphone applications
- Able to work in and around busy London delivery areas
Previous parcel delivery, courier or multi-drop experience is preferred but not essential for suitable candidates.
Driving Requirements
Applicants must hold a Valid Driving Licence.
Self-Employed Drivers
Self-employed applicants will normally be expected to provide:
- Their own suitable van
- Hire and Reward insurance
- Goods in Transit insurance
- Valid MOT and vehicle tax
- Their own fuel
- Their own smartphone
- A suitable route-planning application
Your vehicle must be roadworthy, secure and suitable for parcel delivery work.
Employed Drivers
Vehicle and operational arrangements for employed positions will be discussed during the application process.
Relevant licence, right-to-work and compliance checks will be completed before commencement.

The operation is based around:
Kentish Town, London – NW5
Applicants should be able to travel reliably to the operating/depot location and be comfortable delivering throughout the local area.
Working Hours
Routes generally operate during daytime delivery hours.
Exact start times, working days and expected availability will depend on the position and route allocated.
Both regular and flexible opportunities may be available.
Pay
Pay will depend on the type of engagement and route.
Employed Positions
Rate of pay: £140.00 per day
Final terms will be confirmed before employment begins.
Self-Employed Positions
Payment based on:
Payment terms will be confirmed and agreed before work begins.
Uniform
Uniform will be provided where required.
Drivers are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance while carrying out deliveries.
