Saturday Shop Assistant
Hours: Saturdays, 9:30am – 1:00pm
McGregor's Chemist is looking for a hard-working, reliable, and friendly individual to join our team on Saturdays.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping a workplace clean and organised, and is happy to support a busy pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the pharmacist with day-to-day tasks as required.
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the morning.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed neatly.
- Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for customers and staff.
What We're Looking For:
- A reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping the shop organised.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
