We have an exciting new vacancy for a Duty Manager to to join our team at The Royal Hotel in Scarborough. Your duties will include:
- · Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel in the manager absence
- · Assisting all departments as and when required.
- · Providing excellent customer service to our guests.
- · Being confident in managing various situations
- · Overseeing different departments when needed
The successful candidate will have experience running a shift as a duty manager in a hotel. You will have excellent communication skills with both employees and guests and have a hands-on, can-do attitude.
