Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer Leicester
Our long-standing independent Estate Agency client in Leicester is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join their successful and highly regarded team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within residential lettings and must possess valuation experience. Any additional exposure to the residential sales market would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting rental market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Managing and developing landlord relationships
- Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
- Registering applicants and matching suitable properties
- Carrying out property viewings
- Generating new business opportunities
- Supporting the wider lettings team with day-to-day operations
- Assisting on the sales side of the business where required
Requirements
- Previous experience within Residential Lettings
- Valuation experience is essential
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Well-presented and professional manner
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Some knowledge or experience within Residential Sales would be advantageous
Package & Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Occasional Saturday cover required
