Relevant joinery qualification with proven experience in bespoke or high-quality carpentry

Proficiency in using a wide range of joinery tools and machinery

Strong ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently
What you'll do

Interpret detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications to create bespoke joinery items

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using advanced tools and machinery

Fit, finish, and inspect products to ensure high standards of quality

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow

Perform routine maintenance on tools and uphold health and safety standards
