Moda ambassadors’ purpose is to ‘wow’ our residents. As we're based in the heart of Broad Street we're are looking for people who bring the energy and enjoy creating a welcoming and fun community for our residents here at The Mercian. They'll want to know the best places in the city- so if you know Birmingham like the back of your hand, we’d love to hear from you!
What your shift would look like…
- Welcoming and saying goodbye to our residents & visitors
- Undertaking all duties from the front desk including bin rotation & tap flushing
- Solving problems for the residents
- Being proactive, flexible and forward thinking to make day-to-day tasks easier
- Giving recommendations to our residents
- Managing deliveries and parcels
- Ensuring our amenity spaces are stocked & looking amazing at all times
- Replying to resident emails, messages and calls
- Establishing positive relationships with the residents to best understand their needs
- Supporting the leasing team with viewings, setting up and hosting events and assisting the management team on a day-to-day basis
- Diary management of resident amenity areas
- Assisting move-in team
- Ensuring building is always safe & secure
- Shifts typically alternate early starts & late finishes (including weekends & bank holidays). Due to the hours there will be some elements of lone working.
