The Role
As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You'll work across our manufacturing operation, including:
- Bulk Manufacturing
- Production
- Packing
- Warehouse (where required)
No two days are exactly the same.
You'll work with different products, machinery and production lines whilst learning new skills and becoming a valued member of our manufacturing team.
What You'll Be DoingManufacturing & Production
- Operate filling, packing and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, fill, label and pack cosmetic products.
- Complete production orders accurately.
- Prepare production lines before manufacturing begins.
- Carry out product changeovers.
- Monitor product quality throughout production.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Support line start-up and shutdown activities.
- Assist with bulk manufacturing where trained.
Quality
Quality is everyone's responsibility.
You'll:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Carry out in-process quality checks.
- Identify and report defects immediately.
- Ensure products are manufactured Right First Time.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail.
- Follow GMP and hygiene standards at all times.
Teamwork
We're one manufacturing team.
You'll:
- Work closely with colleagues across Warehouse, Bulk Manufacturing and Production.
- Support colleagues when workloads change.
- Help new team members settle into the business.
- Communicate issues promptly.
- Contribute ideas for improving the way we work.

Essential Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is desirable.
