Our Support Workers:
- Build meaningful, two-way relationships with individuals, creating trust and connection
- Support with peoples daily routines and living tasks, promoting independence and confidence
- Find effective ways to communicate, adapting your approach to reduce any barriers
- Accurately record and report on day-to-day activities and individuals progress
- Assist during mealtimes, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
To thrive as a Support Worker, you will ideally have:
- Experience within a care environment
- A warm, open and honest nature with patience, kindness, and strong communication skills
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive difference every day, treating others with respect for diversity and individuality
- The ability to build strong connections with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
