Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
- Observe and monitor children's behavior and development
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
Qualifications:
- Level 3 N.VQ in Childcare or equivalent - A good knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child protection.
- Previous experience working with young children is essential.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - An up to date DBS. and Paediatric first Aid.
