We are looking for a Licensing Operations Analyst who can support the day-to-day administration, analysis and improvement of our licensing operations. You will work with internal teams, clients and external partners to ensure licensing records are accurate, applications are processed efficiently and operational requirements are consistently met.
This is a mid-level position suited to someone with experience in licensing, compliance, contracts administration, regulatory operations or business support.

Key Responsibilities:
Licensing Administration:
Maintain accurate licensing records, application details, renewal dates and supporting documentation.
Application Processing:
Review licensing applications and renewal requests to ensure all required information has been provided before submission or approval.
Operational Analysis:
Analyse licensing activity, processing times, outstanding cases and service performance to identify trends or potential delays.
Compliance Support:
Assist with internal checks to ensure licensing processes follow company procedures, contractual requirements and applicable regulations.
Data Management:
Update internal systems, spreadsheets and databases while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on application volumes, renewal status, outstanding documentation and operational performance.
Client and Stakeholder Support:
Respond to licensing queries from clients, colleagues and external partners in a clear and professional manner.
Renewal Monitoring:
Track upcoming licence expirations and coordinate reminders, documentation requests and renewal activities.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce processing delays and strengthen record-keeping procedures.
Documentation:
Maintain process guides, operational procedures and licensing templates to support consistent working practices.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in licensing operations, compliance administration, contract support, regulatory services, business operations or a similar role.
Licensing Knowledge:
A practical understanding of application processing, renewals, document verification and record management.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to review operational data, identify inconsistencies and produce clear reports.
Attention to Detail:
You are comfortable working with detailed records, deadlines and documentation where accuracy is essential.
Communication Skills:
You can communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and external organisations through email, telephone and written reports.
Technology Skills:
Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database or case management systems.
Organisation:
You can manage several applications, renewals and administrative tasks while meeting agreed deadlines.
Problem Solving:
You can investigate missing information, resolve routine operational issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
Mindset:
You are organised, dependable and comfortable working within established procedures while also suggesting practical improvements.
Pay: £33,248.00-£43,956.00 per year
