IT Support Technician (2nd Line)
Malton, North Yorkshire
Salary - £32,000 (DOE)
We’re looking to speak with experienced IT Support professionals for an upcoming opportunity with an established business in Malton.
Joining an existing in-house IT team, this will be a hands-on role providing 1st and 2nd line support to users across the business.
The priority is finding someone who can come in with previous support experience, get up to speed quickly and confidently troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or similar technical support role
- Strong 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting capability
- Comfortable providing hands-on support directly to users
- Able to take ownership of technical issues through to resolution
- Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- A practical, problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working as part of an established internal IT team
- Able to work on-site in Malton
This could suit an experienced IT Support Technician looking to move into a strong in-house environment, or someone already operating at 2nd line level who wants to continue developing their technical capability.
