Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and to company standards
- Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction, support, and feedback to foster a collaborative atmosphere
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving, and food production processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
- Manage guest interactions professionally, resolving issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage workflow, inventory levels, and timely delivery of orders
- Train new team members on operational procedures, customer service excellence, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, bartending skills, and food safety standards
- Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel service is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving procedures and hospitality best practices
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity
- Prior experience in culinary roles such as barista or food service is a plus
