Cantab catering Ltd are looking for a head chef to run the kitchen for their event catering business, preparing food in their production kitchen and going on site to their contracts and events.
We are looking for:
Someone that works, thinks and loves cooking, does not mind cleaning, and enjoys working with a small friendly team and everyday being a bit different.
You will have:
- A range of cooking styles to deliver a diverse menu.
- Strong understanding of wastage & food safety controls
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication.
- A forward leaning, open minded, and positive mindset
- Experience in event catering
- A love of working with fresh local food
