Join Our Team as a Trainee Stores Person
Location: Oldbury, West Midlands
Salary: £12.71 per hour, 40 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stores Person to join our busy team in Leighton Buzzard. In this key role, you'll play an essential part in ensuring the smooth running of our parts department, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. What You'll Do:
✅ Identify and source parts for customers, ensuring top-notch service.
✅ Process estimates, manage orders, and track stock levels efficiently.
✅ Handle incoming goods, maintain inventory, and keep stock up to date.
✅ Work closely with customers, depots, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Keep documentation accurate and complete, following all company procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in a parts advisory role is a plus – but not essential!
✔ A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
✔ Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
✔ Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
✔ Great communication skills and IT proficiency (experience with parts software is a bonus!).
