The Role: Based at our Bromyard office, we are looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join our growing Service Desk team.
Our Service Desk Administrators play a key role in delivering professional, efficient customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails, coordinating service activities, and ensuring engineer reports and quotes are processed accurately and on time.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer emails in a shared inbox
- Handling incoming breakdown calls and dispatching engineers nationwide in a timely and efficient manner
- Booking service appointments and coordinating with client sites
- Uploading compliance documents to customer portals
- Keeping spreadsheets up to date with real-time data
- Preparing quotes for customers using engineer-provided information
- Supporting the wider team with additional admin tasks as required
What you'll bring:
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer service or call centre role is essential
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (desirable but not essential)

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 17:00
Friday, 08:30 – 16:15
