We are seeking Support Workers to support our service users in their own property in Oswestry, Shropshire.
Complesso offers a competitive salary of £13.80 per hour and we specialise in supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals within their own home working between the hours of - 07:30 - 22:30 (Days) 22:30- 7:30 (Waking Nights)
- Supporting a service user with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours.
- Support with aspects of personal care, medication needs, meal prep and any manual handling
- Support with life skills, social activities and medical appointments
Required from you:
- Right to work in the UK (required) without needing sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle or have Reliable transportation to travel to the service user’s home.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Be strong willed and passionate
- Experience essential
- A passion for supporting individuals
- Happy to pick up shifts in the Oswestry area.
