Delivery Wizard
Location: SHELF, HALIFAX
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 8am-4pm
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 + Bonus/Commission
Full Time | Permanent
We’re looking for somebody motivated, switched on, and full of common sense to join our growing team at Delivery Wizard.

The Role
This is a mixed role combining transport planning, customer relations, and account management. No two days are the same.
You’ll be helping coordinate deliveries, managing customer expectations, building relationships, solving problems quickly, and keeping operations running smoothly.
We want somebody who can think on their feet, communicate well with customers and drivers, and bring good energy to the business.
What We’re Looking For
Essentials:
* Punctual and reliable

* Good communication skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Strong organisational skills
* Most importantly… COMMON SENSE!!!
* Motivated and hungry to grow with the company
Desired But Not Essential:
* Experience in transport, logistics, courier work, or movement of goods
* Experience in account management or customer service
* Existing industry contacts or strong networking abilities
* Confidence using phones, emails, and basic computer systems
We care more about attitude, personality, and work ethic than ticking every box on paper.
