The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised, personable, proactive and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. This unique dual-role combines professional front-of-house responsibilities with coordinating a varied programme of enriching activities, ensuring our residents enjoy a fulfilling and engaging lifestyle. As the welcoming face of our home, you will provide outstanding hospitality to residents, families, visitors and healthcare professionals, while contributing to an environment where kindness, dignity and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities – Reception
· Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, visitors and healthcare professionals.
· Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.
· Provide reception cover throughout the working day.
· Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain safeguarding protocols.
· Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
· Prepare and serve a selection of complimentary hot and cold refreshments for visitors and guests.
· Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
· Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities – Activities Co-ordination
· Coordinate a varied program of meaningful daily, weekly and seasonal activities.
· Encourage participation while respecting individual preferences and abilities.
· Promote residents' physical, emotional, cognitive and social wellbeing.
· Maintain activity records and ensure health and safety compliance.
Person Specification
· Friendly, approachable and highly organised.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Previous reception or front-of-house experience.
· Creative with a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life.
· Able to multitask in a busy environment.
· A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and caring for people.

Pay: £31,200.00-£37,000.00 per year
