About the Role
As a Care Support Worker, you will support adults in their own homes with:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and hydration
- Medication support (where trained)
- Mobility and use of equipment
- Domestic tasks including laundry and light housekeeping
- Shopping and community access
- Companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Access to your own vehicle (Essential)
- Good communication skills
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to complete all mandatory training (provided)
Experience in care is welcomed but not essential. We value kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude above all else.
