Our company is currently looking for a Fitter to join our friendly and energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working within a production setting, using modern tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks such as PPM , plant breakdowns , fabrication ,assembling components and fit pipes and other various parts. We are seeking someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, follow detailed work plans, and provide high-quality workmanship while adhering to strict safety standards. The role role is shift based week abouts of early shift 5am-1400 and afternoon shift is 1200-2100 this is a 45 hour week
Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools and power tools in order to carry out maintenance tasks and fabricate of components.
- Welding and use of oxy/ propane cutting for fabrication
- Work as part of the fitting team carrying out daily inspections
- Follow blueprints and diagrams in order to fabricate parts.
- Use calipers to measure materials accurately.
- Be physically fit.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
