Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support personnel.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Coordinate daily schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster team growth.
- Ensure compliance with health codes, safety procedures, and food production standards across all kitchen and dining areas.
- Maintain inventory levels for food supplies, beverages, and equipment; place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Cultivate a warm hospitality environment by engaging with guests directly and responding promptly to feedback or concerns.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Familiarity with culinary processes including food production and kitchen operations.
- Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality environments.
