Job Overview:
We are seeking an ethusiastic, reliable and driven Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting the Food & Beverage Teams across all outlets, Antler bar, Prego restaurant, Events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support bartenders and servers by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area and workstations.
- Assist with restocking beverages, food items and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effciently.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygeine standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless service.
Requirments:
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, catering, or customer service (preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
The candidate MUST BE OVER 18 at the time of applying.
