Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant
Location: Primarily based at our Lincoln office, with occasional travel to our Gainsborough office
Hours: 20 hours per week

The successful candidate will play a key role in showcasing our properties, promoting our brand and helping us engage with clients across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Advertising and promoting properties across property portals and online platforms
- Creating engaging content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Updating and maintaining the company website
- Designing and managing eye-catching office window displays
- Organising and promoting property launches, open days and community events
- Producing marketing materials, brochures, newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Taking, editing and uploading property photographs and videos where required
- Monitoring social media performance and engagement
- Supporting the team with brand awareness and lead generation activities
- Identifying innovative and creative ways to market our properties and services
- Assisting with the promotion of both residential sales and lettings properties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A creative mindset with plenty of ideas and enthusiasm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using social media platforms for business purposes
- Good IT skills and the ability to update websites and online content
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage their workload effectively
- An interest in marketing, property or estate agency work
- Experience in social media, marketing, content creation, photography, videography or graphic design would be advantageous but is not essential
This role is primarily based at our Lincoln office, although occasional visits to our Gainsborough office may be required. It would suit someone looking for flexible part-time hours who enjoys a varied workload and wants to make a real impact within a successful local business.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
