Charlie + Co currently has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Barista/All Rounder to join our expanding team!

What We’re Looking For
Our ideal team member will:
- Be a genuine dog lover (essential!) — our furry customers deserve as much attention as their humans.
- Have previous barista / coffee shop experience (essential)
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience — whether that’s making the perfect coffee, remembering a dog’s name, or offering water or a treat without being asked.
- Have knowledge and experience in preparing a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard
- Be confident communicators who enjoy engaging with customers
- Be comfortable multitasking — from coffee service to helping with grooming enquiries or retail products such as harnesses
- Be adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Availability Requirements
Due to the nature of this role, applicants must:
- Be available to contribute to a 7-day rota
- Have both weekday and weekend availability
- Be available for shifts between:
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Occasional evenings for in-store events
Please note:
This role is not suitable for those in full-time education Monday–Friday.
