At Sodexo, you'll belong in a team and thrive in service. We're looking for a passionate Chef to join our team at BorgWarner, Bradford, preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches while delivering an excellent dining experience.
Working in a busy catering environment, you'll prepare fresh meals, follow company recipes, maintain the highest food safety standards and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
What you'll do:

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch service

Follow recipes and company food standards
-
Prepare and present high-quality meals
-
Manage allergens and calorie information
-
Complete HACCP and food safety records
-
Maintain excellent food hygiene standards
-
Operate the EPOS till when required
-
Support all areas of the kitchen
-
Deliver excellent customer service
-
Follow all health and safety procedures
What you'll bring:

Previous experience as a Chef or Cook
-
Experience preparing fresh meals in a busy kitchen

Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP
-
Understanding of allergens and food safety
-
Excellent organisation and time management skills
-
A positive and flexible attitude
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
