Job description:
We’re looking for confident, driven people with 1–2 years of sales experience to join an established direct sales team working across private sites and live events.
This is a face-to-face role focused on fundraising and brand representation. You’ll be engaging the public in busy, high-energy environments, building rapport quickly, and delivering results while representing well-known, reputable brands. Campaigns are professionally run, well organised, and supported with full training to help you succeed.

- Representing reputable national brands at private sites and live events
- Engaging members of the public in positive, professional conversations
- Promoting fundraising campaigns and clearly communicating key messages
- Building rapport and trust to achieve strong daily results
- Working as part of a motivated, performance-driven team
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and brand representation
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of face-to-face sales or customer-facing experience
- Confident communicators with strong people skills
- A professional, reliable, and results-focused attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
- Experience in events, fundraising, promotions, or private site sales (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to learn, develop, and take feedback on board
