As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll be part of a supportive team helping adults with mental health needs on their recovery journey, enabling them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

You'll help the people we support to:
Develop everyday living skills

We're looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and committed to making a positive difference.
You'll ideally have:
A caring, person-centred approach
Experience in care, support work or mental health services, or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
Experience supporting a family member, friend or someone with additional needs is welcomed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Two satisfactory references covering the previous three years
The ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Northern Healthcare)
