Summary
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Female Care Assistant to join our team in the Scarborough area over the weekend, this role is vital in helping our clients maintain their independence by providing high-quality home care services. Join us in making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Develop and follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client conditions.
- Promote independence and well-being through compassionate interaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license and ability to drive clients when needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience in a home care setting is a bonus.
