Oakmont Services Group are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Childrens Support Workers to join us on a permanent basis (both full and part time) in our 3-bedroom home in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire. The home offers placements to children between the ages of 8 to 18, who have social, emotional and mental health needs.
We provide high quality homes for children, which offer an atmosphere that promotes safety, trust, fairness and privacy for its children within an environment, which is safe and caring.

Being a Support Worker at Oakmont Services Group means you will work very closely with young people that may display challenging behaviour and so you will be required to develop excellent relationships driven by trust. You will also be required to support our young people on a practical basis to ensure that they are prepared for a bright and productive future.

- Full drivers license.
- If not already qualified, a willingness to work towards your QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People.
It would also be great if you have:
- An awareness of PBS or experience with challenging behaviour
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People
