We are looking for an experienced Self-Employed Plasterer / Multi Trader to join our growing team working on a long-term social housing voids contract.
This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, works efficiently, and can manage their own workload.
Responsibilities
- Skimming and patch plastering to a high standard.
- Carrying out general multi-trade repairs, including:
- Basic carpentry
- Plumbing repairs
- Tiling
- Painting & decorating
- General property maintenance
- Preparing void properties ready for new tenants.
- Working independently and meeting agreed deadlines.
- Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and health & safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plasterer with multi-trade skills.
- Own van and full set of tools.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
- CSCS card preferred but not essential.
